secret that I’m a big fan of coconut water. I’ve talked here about all the great benefits
before, and when Evita Ramparte kindly and generously offered to give us her take on the wonder drink, I jumped

is the king of all super foods. Because it has high counts of vitamins and
minerals, among many other things, that are bio available, our bodies absorb

Coconut water is probably the healthiest liquid that you can
ever drink. It can give you significantly more health benefits than a
commercially-produced thirst quencher. Here are some of the health benefits of
coconut water:
1. Coconut water is
alkaline
Its bio-chemical composition is the closest to human blood. In
fact, it is the only natural liquid you can inject into veins. Therefore,
cleansing on coconut water is like a having a ‘liquid blood transfusion’. It
takes only three days for your blood to switch from acid to alkaline.
2. Coconut water is
nutritious
It is very low in fat. It is also very low in sugar, so by
drinking it, you’re actually preventing the onset of diabetes. It’s full of
nutrients and minerals that help you feel full, decreasing your cravings for

Benefits sound amazing and Ive seen a few brands of coconut water on the market. can you recommend any one brand?
ReplyDeleteGreat question, Anonymous! Of course, fresh coconut water right from the coconut is best, but other than that, it just comes down to personal preference. Try brands with no additives and stick with the one that tastes the best to you. Also, in my experience, chilled coconut water tastes much better than room temperature. Let me know which one you like the best!
